In 2009 was finalized the construction of this new apartment building in Mediterranean style situated in first line beach in Torrox Costa. Some of the apartments can be rented on a short-term or on a long-term basis.
The apartments of 1 or 2 bedrooms are really spacious and equipped on a high modern standard with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and huge terraces. The tenants can use the underground parking gratis. A communal pool and tennis courts are available.
In case of a short-term rental bed linen will be changed once per week and the towels will changed twice per week.
In case of a long-term rental (contract of at least 11 months) the tenant can choose whether he would like to rent the apartment furnished (at a monthly extra charge) or unfurnished.

For a stay longer than one month you will get a discount of 20 % on the total rent.
